Thanksgiving Holiday Closure

In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday our office will be closed on Thursday, November 27, 2014 and Friday November 28, 2014. Transmissions will continue to be processed by automated task runners. Our office will re-open on Monday December 1st at 6am MST.

Daylight Savings

Our Helpdesk Team is located in Phoenix, AZ. Phoenix, AZ does not observe Daylight Savings therefore as other states adjust their time during the Fall and Spring Seasons, AZ does not. During the Fall & Winter months our business hours fall in line with the Mountain Standard Time states and during the Spring & Summer months our business hours fall in line with the Pacific Standard Time states.

When all other states Fall back one hour this coming Sunday, November 2, 2014 Phoenix, AZ will be on Mountain Standard Time (We are currently on PST until then).

Our business hours for support beginning November 2, 2014 til Spring will be Monday to Friday 6am to 5pm MST.
